  1. CAN I SEE PRICES AND ORDER WITHOUT REGISTERING?

    No. Because the site is for re-sellers only, European Union (EU) VAT regulations require every buyer or potential buyer to be registered. This is the only way we know which buyers are subject to VAT exemption, and which are not. Click on the “Registration” icon on the home page to start the registration process.

  2. WHAT INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO REGISTER?

    Your company name, address, contact information, EU VAT number, name of the company owner and also the person authorized to place order on behalf of the company. There may also be a few questions about company background and ordering preferences.

    NB: If you market your product under a trade name or website name that is different from the name of the incorporated company that has the registered EU VAT number, the company name indicated on the registration form should be that of the incorporated company, and NOT the trade name or website name.

  3. WHAT IS AN EU VAT NUMBER?

    When a product is purchased in the EU, it is subject to a sales tax known as value-added tax (VAT). If a company intends to re-sell the product, they can get an exemption from paying the VAT on purchases. In order to do this, the company must apply for, and obtain an EU VAT number from the local tax office. This identifies the company as a VAT exempt re-seller to the relevant tax authorities.

  4. CAN I REGISTER AND PURCHASE WITHOUT AN EU VAT NUMBER?

    Yes you can, but without a valid EU VAT number, or a VAT number that was entered incorrectly during registration, you must pay the applicable VAT on the value of your purchase. This amount will be added to your invoice.

  5. IF I DON’T HAVE A COMPANY, CAN I PURCHASE AS A PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL?

    Unfortunately no. Because the site is for re-sellers only, you must have an incorporated company to purchase.

  6. ARE THERE ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BEFORE I CAN ORDER?

    Yes. Prior to processing your first order, you must submit by e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , a clean PDF facsimile of your company REGISTER that is no older than six (6) months, as well as an IDENTITY document (eg: Passport, EU Identity Card) for the Managing Director and the person authorized to place orders for the company. The company documents must show the name of the person authorized to act on behalf of the company.

    To prevent tax fraud, EU VAT regulations require us obtain and verify this data. You have to submit this information only once, at the time you place your first order. WholesaleSupplements.eu keeps this information in the highest confidence, and does not share this information with any third parties whatsoever.

  7. HOW CAN I REGISTER WITH AN EU VAT NUMBER IF MY COMPANY IS NOT IN THE EU?

    You can register and buy if your company is not in the EU. At the time of registering, enter your company’s domestic tax identification number in the field for EU VAT number.

  8. IF MY COMPANY IS NOT IN THE EU, DO I HAVE TO PAY TAX ON MY PURCHASE?

    If product is being exported from the EU, it may be EU VAT exempt, but we are required to collect VAT on the purchase, and then we refund this amount to the customer once we receive documentary proof of export.

    At the time of shipping, the product will be accompanied by an EU Export Clearance document. This document must be signed and stamped (ie: executed) by Customs officials at the EU point of exit and returned to WholesaleSupplements.eu by the customer. Once we receive this properly executed document back, then we will refund the VAT paid on the purchase. The customer has the option of receiving the VAT refund as a wire to their designated bank account, or using the amount as a credit against future purchases.

    It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure this document is returned to WholesaleSupplements.Eu in a timely fashion. If we do not receive the properly executed export clearance document back, WholesaleSupplements.eu cannot refund the VAT to the buyer.

  9. ASIDE FROM EXPORT CLEARANCE DOCUMENT, ARE THERE ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR SHIPPING TO NON-EU BUYERS?

    All requirements and responsibilities within the buyer’s country for import clearance, import taxes and duties, sanitary testing, health permits, marketing and distribution permits, and business licenses lies solely with the buyer. If you are a non-EU buyer, please ensure that you research the situation in your country thoroughly, and are prepared BEFORE you place your order, as WholesaleSupplements.eu cannot be responsible if the buyer fails to receive a paid order because of customs and/or regulatory problems within the destination country.

  10. CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASE WITH CASH, CHEQUE, CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD, OR PAYPAL?

    No. At this time, WholesaleSupplements.eu can only accept payment by bank wire. Buyers may be able to pick up the order themselves and pay cash, or they may receive their order via C.O.D. Due to EU Regulations, however, these options may not be available for all buyers and/or orders. If you would like to request one of these options, please consult with your Account Representative.

  11. CAN I BUY AND PAY FOR MY PURCHASE IN A CURRENCY OTHER THAN USD OR EURO?

    No. At this time, WholesaleSupplements.eu can only accept payment in USD or EUR.

  12. WHAT IF THE EXCHANGE RATE BETWEEN USD AND EURO ON WHOLESALESUPPLEMENTS.EU IS DIFFERENT THAN THE USD VS EURO SPOT EXCHANGE RATE AT MY BANK?

    The ratio between USD and EUR in our webshop is adjusted frequently, but it is impractical for us to adjust it constantly based on very short term changes in the foreign exchange markets. This, however, can work to the customers’ advantage. If it is more advantageous for you, at a particular time, to order and pay in USD, then do so. If it is more advantageous to order and pay in Euros, then you always have that option too.

  13. I HAVE SENT MY PAYMENT FOR AN ORDER. HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?

    Once your payment is received, we ship immediately, but delays can be caused by other factors. Sometimes bank wires can take several business days to show up in the recipient account. Weekends and holidays can delay this further. The transport company may have some delays for processing of paperwork.

    If the shipment is destined for outside the EU, delivery times can vary depending on the location, size of the order, mode of delivery. Consult with your Account Representative.

    We always try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, as your trust and your business are important to us. Any time you want to check the status of your order, contact your Account Representative.

  14. CAN THE SHIPPING ADDRESS BE DIFFERENT THAN THE BILLING ADDRESS?

    Yes. At the check-out, you can designate a shipping address for the order. This address does NOT have to match the billing address.

  15. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS?

    There are several shipping options:

    1. Customers are welcome to arrange and pay for their own shipping. Contact your Account Representative to arrange the pick-up with your transport company.

    2. If you wish us to make the shipping arrangements, we will do so and the cost will be
    added to your invoice. In this case

    (a) If your order is less than 300 kgs, it will be sent by Courier, for an approximate cost, please click HERE.

    (b) If your order is in excess of 300 kg, the shipping cost will vary depending on the size of the order and the destination. We will send to you a shipping quotation prior to completing your order, so you can decide if you want to use our shipping, or arrange your own.

    (c) For orders outside of the EU, and for overseas orders, the shipping cost will vary depending on the size of the order, the destination, and the mode (air, surface, courier, postal). In this case contact your Account Representative for a quotation and to make arrangements.

    3. You may be able to pick up your order yourself. This service may not be available to all buyers, so please contact your Account Representative to make arrangements.

  16. WHAT IS WHOLESALESUPPLEMENTS.EU RETURN POLICY IF I RECEIVED DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT IN MY ORDER?

    We value your business, so customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is a problem with your order, or you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, please contact your Account Representative with details.

  17. WHAT IS PRE-ORDERING?

    Our Pre-ordering system allows you to buy product that has not yet arrived at our warehouse, but is expected to arrive within a few days to a few weeks. You can see all pending shipments by brand, and expected arrival date in the Pre-Order section of the webshop. As well, our regular e-newsletter informs you of brands and products that are available for pre-ordering.

    Pre-ordering is popular with our customers because it offers access to maximum stocks, maximum selection, and the freshest product. Many popular products sell out quickly, so pre-ordering ensures you can reserve the product you need.

  18. HOW DOES PRE-ORDERING WORK?

    Pre-Ordering works the same as regular ordering, except you place your order through the Pre-Order section of the webshop. The prices and discount system is the same as regular ordering. Once you have pre-ordered, you will receive by e-mail a proforma invoice. 50% of the total order amount must be pre-paid within 5 business days to reserve your stock.  The other 50% of the total order amount must be paid before goods are released at the distribution centre. We will then inform you when the product has arrived and is ready to ship.

  19. CAN I PAY FOR MY PRE-ORDER ONLY WHEN THE STOCK ARRIVES?

    Unfortunately, no. As with regular orders, pre-orders must be paid within 5 business days, or the pre-order will be cancelled and the reserved stock returned to general availability.

    We have to do this, because some buyers will reserve stock on a pre-order, and then change their mind when the product arrives and not pay for their order. Meanwhile, we will have lost the opportunity to sell that stock to other customers, because it was held in reserve through the pre-order.

  20. IS WHOLESALESUPPLEMENTS.EU ABLE TO PROVIDE DOCUMENTS FOR THE PRODUCTS IN MY ORDER?

    Contrary to what many buyers believe, there is no readily-available, standard set of documents for products. WholesaleSupplements.eu uses its best efforts to provide whatever document support may be required by individual customers, but the document support is not exhaustive, and it varies greatly depending on the brand and the country requirements. As such, WholesaleSupplements.eu can make no specific representations or guarantees regarding documents. It is best to discuss your document requirements with your Account Representative at the time of placing your order.
